Additionally, use your own OpenAI account and share it with your users.
The Master Account
Central to our Team Plan is the Master Account, your command center. The Master Account offers consolidated billing, streamlined user management, and allows users to utilize your OpenAI account without exposing your OpenAI API key.
The User Account
With the Master Account, you can invite team members to use ChatGPT for Excel, giving them seamless access.
How to Add Users
Adding Users to your Team Plan is easy and can be done through the Master Account with just a few clicks:
- Log in to your Master Account.
Navigate to the Manage Users section.
Enter the email addresses of the team members (User accounts) you wish to add.
Important Note
Please note that the user email address must be a Microsoft account, and the user must log in with the same email address to activate their account.
How to Activate User Accounts
- Log in with your user email address ( added on the Master account)
That’s it—once you’ve logged in, your subscription will be automatically activated and you can start using our magical AI functions.
