How to Restore Your Subscription

If your ChatGPT for Excel add-in switched back to the free version, follow these easy steps to restore your subscription:

1. Navigate to the Plans Page:

   • Open the add-in inside Excel.

     

     
     

   • Click on 'Suitcase' icon in the menu to open Plans page

     

     
     
2. Click on Restore Purchase:

   • Find and click the link  Restore Purchase

     

     
     
3. Enter Your Email:

   • Type in the email you used for buying the premium subscription.

     

     
     
4. Click RESTORE:

   • Click the RESTORE  button.
