How to restore your Subscription

If your PowerPoint add-in switched back to the free version, follow these easy steps to restore your subscription:

1. Open PowerPoint

   Start PowerPoint and open the ChatGPT add-in.

   

   
   

2. Access the Plans Page

   Click on the menu, then select the "Plans" section and choose Restore Purchase.

   

   
   

3. Enter Your Subscription Email

   Type in the email you used to purchase the premium version.

   
   

   

   
   

4. Click Restore

   Confirm by clicking RESTORE to regain full access to your premium features.
