How to restore your Subscription

If your PowerPoint add-in switched back to the free version, follow these easy steps to restore your subscription:

  1. Open Microsoft PowerPoint

  2. Open "ChatGPT for PowerPoint" add-in

  3. Navigate to the Plans Page
    • Click on the menu icon labeled 'Plans'

    • Click on Restore Purchase

  4. Enter Your Email

    • Type in the email you used for buying the premium subscription.


  5. Click RESTORE
